Returns & Exchanges

Huma Blanco gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free. Please read our return policy below and note our new return fees:

  • At checkout, you will have the option of purchasing Checkout+. Continuing with Checkout+ qualifies your order for a free return shipping label and no additional fees. Customers who continue without Checkout+ may still return their order but will have a flat $10 return fee deducted from their refund. As always, exchanges and returns for store credit are free.

Return Policy

In order to receive a refund, your order must be returned as new and in its original packaging. Your order must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn (yep, we check the soles and heels carefully). Please try shoes on a clean, protected surface such as carpet or a rug, as returns of shoes with worn/scuffed soles will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.

Items marked as 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged, including styles in our Last Call collection. Items marked as 'Exchange for store credit only' may only be returned for store credit. We know that buying Final Sale items can be complicated, so if you have any questions about the style or fit, please reach out to us before placing your order. Please return items in their original packaging. If shoes are returned without their original shoe box or the shoe box is used as the shipping box, a $10 restocking fee per item will be withheld from your refund. You do not need to use the original shipping box to return your order -- another box of appropriate size will work.

If you choose to exchange, you will receive an order confirmation of the exchange, however your exchange will not ship until we have received and processed your return.

We process returns and exchanges Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 4 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your refund or exchange, and then up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

Please only send domestic returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

International orders may only be returned for refund or store credit, and customers are responsible for shipping and any customs duties/fees for all international returns. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Please contact us here or using the form below if you need to return an international order.

  • Returns for exchange and store credit are free. Returns for a refund are subject to fees, but you have the option of purchasing Checkout+ when placing your order to receive a free return label and the peace of mind that there will be no additional return fees.   • Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 4 business days. You should see a credit to your original payment method within 10 business days after your refund is processed.

  • Your exchange order will process once we receive the item(s) you are returning. We offer free ground shipping, so you should receive your new items pretty quickly. 

  • We do not offer complimentary international returns at this time. Please email us at support@fortress.shoes to receive further instructions.

  • Please email us at support@humablanco.com with any order info you might have.

  • Please email us immediately at support@humablanco.com if you receive damaged or defective merchandise. Including photos of the damage will help speed up the process and are much appreciated.

  • Our Warehouse Sale includes pairs of your favorite styles that may have minor leather imperfections, or small scuffs and marks from try-ons. While these pairs are new, their imperfections keep them from being sold on our website, so we offer them to you at a significant discount from their regular retail. You may also find styles that we overproduced or will be discontinued in this sale.

    Items in our Warehouse Sales are noted as 'final sale' or 'exchange for store credit only'. This information can be found on the product pages of any product that is included in the sale, and is noted on each item in your cart, at checkout, on your order confirmation and on the packing slip.

    If you would like to exchange for store credit, you must return your order within 30 days of the date your order is purchased. You can initiate a return by clicking the button above.

  • Sorry babe, sale prices are only eligible for items marked down during sale dates. Orders placed prior to the sale are not eligible for price-matching.
