Huma Blanco gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged and unaltered merchandise. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free. If you choose to return for a refund to your original payment method, a shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please read our return policy below.

Madewell.com Orders

Orders placed on Madewell.com adhere to Madewell's return policy. If you are a Madewell customer and would like to request a return, please click here or start a return using the button above.

Please note that your order cannot be returned to a Madewell retail location.

Return Policy

In order to receive a refund, your order must be returned as new and in its original packaging. Your order must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn (yep, we check the soles and heels carefully). Please try shoes on a clean, protected surface such as carpet or a rug, as returns of shoes with worn/scuffed soles will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.

Items marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. We know that buying Final Sale items can be complicated, so if you have any questions about the style or fit, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Please return items in their original packaging. If shoes are returned without their original shoe box or the shoe box is used as the shipping box, a $10 restocking fee per item will be withheld from your refund. You do not need to use the original shipping box to return your order -- another box of appropriate size will work.

If you choose to exchange, you will receive an order confirmation of the exchange, however your exchange will not ship until we have received and processed your return.

We process returns and exchanges Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 4 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your refund or exchange, and then up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

Please only send domestic returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

International orders may only be returned for refund or store credit, and customers are responsible for shipping and any customs duties/fees for all international returns. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
