Huma Blanco offers free ground shipping within the United States on all orders.
International Shipping is available to basically anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $35 per item.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days* of receiving the goods for a full refund. We will send prepaid labels for the first two** returns or exchanges on the same order within the continental United States. During the holidays our return policy extends through January 15.
**Items in our sale section can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
In order to receive a full refund:
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are responsible for shipping and handling charges for all returns and exchanges.
International customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for all returns and exchanges.
Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
The product must be returned “as new.” We cannot accept returned items with any wear and tear.
Your product must have been purchased from our website. Any products purchased from a retail location will have to adhere to the return/exchange policy of the retail location they purchased from.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return or exchange.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
*Return for refund requests that exceed the 30 day limit are subject to approval on a case by case basis, and the refund will be in online store credit.
**If you are returning for an exchange twice for the same order, but the second replacement pair you got does not work, you are responsible for return shipping and handling charges for the third and final return, which will be a return for refund this time around.
