Shipping

Huma Blanco offers free ground shipping within the United States on all orders. Expedited shipping may be purchased for an additional fee. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Canadian customers can enjoy flat rate shipping of $35 per item. 

International customers may select a carrier and rate based on the shipping destination.

Shipping times may vary based on carrier, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. 

Items marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. We know that buying Final Sale items can be complicated, so if you have any questions about the style or fit, please reach out to us before placing your order.

If you need to return an item, simply contact us here or email support@humablanco.com.

In order to receive a full refund, your order must be returned as new and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn (yep, we check the soles and heels carefully). Please try shoes on a protected surface such as carpet or a rug, as returns of shoes with worn/scuffed soles will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.

Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box for your return, and if you do, a $10 restocking fee will be held from your refund or store credit.

Please allow up to 4 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your refund or exchange, and then up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

Please only send domestic returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

International orders may only be returned for refund or store credit, and customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for all international returns. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
